I'm a seasoned technical leader of early- and growth-stage startups, often as the first hire focused on engineering leadership and people development. I've had the privilege of building high-performing teams to work on highly-technical products, including JazzHR, Deis/Helm (now part of Microsoft Azure), Algorithmia, and Logixboard.
My passion is to foster the personal growth and professional development of others, so they can flourish personally and professionally.
