Identification of team's strengths and weaknesses, and development of programs for retention, leveling, and performance reviews. Coaching and mentorship to equip and empower team members to better understand themselves and their teammates.
One-on-one support for new and experienced technical leaders
Regular coaching sessions (either hourly or on a retainer) to empower leaders to self-reflect on strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies for equipping and enabling their teams to be successful.
